1. About Blastoys

Blastoys ("we", "us", "our") is an online toy retailer trading in the United Kingdom at blastoys.uk. By placing an order or using this website you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Products on Blastoys are children's toys, but the purchaser must be an adult who can enter into a legally binding contract under UK law.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. We work hard to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate, but errors can happen. If a product is listed with an obvious mistake we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. Product colours may vary slightly from the images shown due to your screen settings.

4. Orders & Acceptance

A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to reject any order, including for suspected fraud, stock issues or shipping restrictions. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment processor (Shopify Payments).

5. Shipping & Delivery

UK delivery is provided by Royal Mail. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Full details, costs and our 30-day return window are set out on the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

6. Returns & Refunds

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order, and an additional 14 days to return it. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Safety & Age Recommendations

All our toys meet UKCA / CE safety standards. Age recommendations are shown on product pages — please follow them. Adult supervision is required for younger children and any toy containing small parts.

8. Promotions, Sales & Discount Codes

Promotional offers (including any Seasonal Sale) are valid only while advertised and cannot be combined unless stated. We reserve the right to change, pause or cancel any promotion at any time. Sales are not currently active until officially launched on the Sale page.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content — including the Blastoys name, logo, photography, product copy and code — is owned by Blastoys or its licensors and protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not copy, scrape or redistribute the site for commercial use without written consent.

10. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our maximum liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for the goods.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to your purchase.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except where consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
