Fast, tracked delivery across the UK and a simple 30-day returns policy on everything we sell.

Shipping

UK delivery options

Standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 2–4 working days. £3.95, or free on orders over £25.
Express (Royal Mail Tracked 24): Next working day for orders placed before 1pm Mon–Fri. £5.95.
Saturday delivery: £7.95 for orders placed before 1pm on Friday.

We ship from our warehouse in Manchester, UK.

Order processing

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are picked, packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays go out on the next working day. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

International shipping

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. Wider European shipping is launching in early 2026.

Returns

We want you to love every toy you buy from us. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund or exchange.

What can be returned

Unopened items in their original packaging.
Faulty or damaged items (please contact us within 7 days).
Items that don't match the listing — we'll cover the return shipping.

What can't be returned

Opened plush toys (for hygiene reasons).
Personalised or made-to-order items.
Gift cards.

How to start a return

Email returns@blastoys.uk with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
We'll send you a prepaid Royal Mail returns label within one working day.
Drop the parcel at any Post Office. Refunds are processed within 3 working days of us receiving the item.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
